Terms of Service
1. About these terms
These terms apply to all services provided by WedChic (operated by Cyan Dickinson) through www.wedchic.co.uk. By booking a session you agree to these terms.
2. The service
WedChic provides virtual wedding planning consultations via Zoom. All sessions are advisory in nature. We do not act as an agent, make bookings on your behalf, or accept liability for decisions made based on our advice.
3. Booking and payment
Bookings are made and paid for in advance through our online booking system (TidyCal). Full payment is required to secure your appointment. Prices are as listed on the website at the time of booking.
4. Cancellations and rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours notice at no charge using the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable. If we need to cancel your session we will offer a full refund or alternative appointment.
5. On-Demand Advisor
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
6. Intellectual property
Written plans, blueprints, and documents we produce for you are for your personal use only and may not be resold or shared commercially.
7. Limitation of liability
Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the session in question. We are not liable for any indirect losses arising from your wedding planning decisions.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
